For Individuals we have a membership scheme providing a door to door service
A door to door service
The Chilterns dial-a-ride service is truely door to door, if required. This means that drivers will escourt customers from their door and take you to the destination or to a responsible person at the destination.
Care is taken to ensure that customers are safely at their destination before driving away.
Blue Badges
If you are registered for a blue badge we will need to know your blue badge details so that we can use our blue badge when you travel with us.
Please download and compete the Blue badge registration form then send to us or hand to a driver. We will then be able to access disabled parking areas whenever you need to travel with us.
Membership scheme
Our membership scheme is available for people living in the Chiltern, High Wycombe and South Bucks District. Our annual membership fee is £20, renewable in April.
Bookings are on a first come first served basis and should be made at least 4 days in advance, where possible. For easy bookings call the office on 01494 766123
The more notice given, the less chance of disappointment.
There is a cancellation fee of the full fare for a no show or cancellation of less than one working day before the appointment. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged.
In situations where a carer must accompany a person, the carer may be able to travel free of charge, please contact the office for confirmation.
