Membership Renewal
Your £20 annual membership renewal is due on 1st April 2025.
Please read through our new terms and conditions booklet, complete the enclosed membership form and disability form, and return them to us at 5a Chalfont Grove, Narcot Lane, Chalfont ST Peter, SL9 8TN.
To keep our systems up to date, if you do not renew your membership by 1st May, we will have to deregister you from our system.
Fares from January 2025
As we previously mentioned in our Autumn 2024 newsletter, our fares from 1st January 2025 are as follows:.
- Our standard charge is £7.50 for the first 3 miles, but the charge after 3 miles is £2 a mile.
- On cancellations: A full fare will be charged for a booking cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Invoices: Invoice payment terms will remain at 14 days.

New Minibuses and our first Electric bus
The latest newest member to our fleet is our first electric minibus, equipped with electric tail lift and taking up to 9 seated passengers. This was purchased with funding from the National Lottery and our local Community Boards.
And we are expecting to soon be replacing our last older small minibus, which will mean that all our minibuses will be equipped with electric tail lifts and easier access.
Volunteer Drivers
We are always looking for new volunteer drivers.
If you know someone who has some spare time each week, month or on an ad-hoc basis, and would like to give back to the local communities, please ask them to get in touch.
Day Trips
Our scheduled day trips had little uptake last year, but we would love to hear from you on what day trips you would like. Please call the office and let us know!
